One month ago there was a serious accident at my property. My niece who was living with my other niece in my house expecting the birth of her first child had a seisure in the bathtub the day the baby was due to be born. They both died. This has left our family heartbroken. My dilemma goes beyond that. My other niece cannot return to the house and I find myself not being able to make the repayments. I am already two weeks behind and am going to put it on the market. I am not working at the moment and have racked up $1500 in bills.
